what you need to downgrade?
1 – first, jailbreak your 9.3.5 32bit device using this tutorial – Phoenix Jailbreak iOS 9.3.5 for 32bits devices
2 – install ifile to modify systemversion.plist with your iphone ipad or ipod fake ios 6 version and model. Save all and restart your idevice.
