The Root Directory contains all of your track collection information and settings in TRAKTOR. If you wish to save this information you must make a backup copy of this folder. It can be found in the following default location: TRAKTOR (SCRATCH) PRO 2: C: Users.User Name. Documents Native Instruments Traktor 2.x.x.

- Jan 17, 2018 Same thing happened to me with the new 2.11 update, I just rolled back to the previous version and was able to run traktor. I'm running an older Asus PC laptop with windows 10 but all my other NI products and other computer programs run fine so I did not dig any deeper.
